1. We offer 14 days returns & exchange from the date of delivery.
  2. In case the customer receives defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us only.

  3. It is mandatory to capture a video/photo before shipping the package or handling it to our courier partner.

  4. If the customer's pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) .

  5. For COD orders, Your Amt. will be transferred in AMHUK WALLET in the span of 5 working days from the day of return recieved and quality check.
  6. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  7. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and PREPAID orders.

Make sure you make an unpack video (Cover all sides of package) starting from showing the package you received until all the products are shown in the video. CHECK AND REPORT on defects (if any) within 24 hours and DO NOT USE PRODUCT and must be INTACT CONDITION AND NO ROUGH HANDLE. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged otherwise no action will be made from our end.

If the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the product(s) is found to be wrong/damaged, you can raise a return request within 15 days of order delivery.

To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, briefs, trunks and perfumes. AMHUK may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

Any items purchased during a Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges. 

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE:

  • In case your pin-code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. 

    PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehous. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as you're courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please email or contact us within 24 hours.

  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
